UX/UI design for SaaS platform

Interface design for HR tech is crucial for a SaaS platform for managing gifts and motivating employees through goal achievement. Agile Rewards combines tools to automate rewards and increase employee engagement using creating saas solution with gamification and custom gifts.

Project objectives

• Create a branded SaaS solution with a modern visual style.
  
• Highlight key features: goal tracking and gift automation.
  
• Develop UX/UI that simplifies interaction for HR and employees. The main focus is the design of the HR platform for goal tracking.
• Prepare investment presentations demonstrating the scalability of the platform with digital product design for hr transformation.

Results

For the Agile Rewards project, we realized the full design cycle of the SaaS product, from positioning to a live prototype ready for investor demonstrations:

• Developed a brand and visual identity combining elements of corporate trust. Created logo, color system, icons and visual patterns that emphasize the motivational and friendly atmosphere of the platform.
  
• Conducted user audience analytics (HR and employees), based on which the platform structure was formed: function map, task priorities and usage scenarios.
  
• The ux ui for employee rewards management platforms was developed with a focus on ease of use: goal tracking, award automation, rating system and visual rewards, simplified system for selecting and donating a gift for a colleague. Special attention was paid to the adaptation of the interface for different levels of digital skills of users.
  
• Investment presentations and a demonstration prototype in Figma were prepared to show the platform architecture, operating logic and interfaces both at industry conferences and in negotiations with potential investors.
  

The result was a visually and functionally developed SaaS platform focused on motivation automation and gift selection for colleagues, ready for scaling and investment promotion in the B2B segment.
