Anar Lombard is a network of pawnshops in Kazakhstan, offering customers convenient and transparent conditions for obtaining loans against collateral. The company has implemented modern technologies that allow customers to assess the value of their property online through the official website or mobile application. We provided comprehensive website design with online pawn evaluation and professional branding for pawnshop industry.

Key tasks

• To make the process of exploring services simple and clear — through modern UX/UI design developed for microfinance services.
• To realize an online tool that allows the client to pre-estimate the value of their item without visiting the office.

• Conducted a market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and provide a full-cycle logo and brand identity update for pawnshop.

• We integrated an interactive quiz-configurator: the user evaluates the item, the data is sent to the manager, the answer comes via Telegram-bot.
